Bookkeeping Plans

MatchBooks offers a no-charge, initial consultation to determine if our services are the right fit for your needs. In this meeting we learn what your accounting and bookkeeping needs are, more about your business goals, and we'll work with you to determine what plan or service(s) is right for you.
We offer three monthly plans that can be customized to meet you or your business' specific needs

Basic Service

$199 per month
Our Basic Bookkeeping Service provides you with a dedicated team to help you organize and manage your monthly expenses. The service includes three phases: Setup, On-going bookkeeping, and Month-end close.
  • This is ideal for organizations with up to $20K in monthly expenses
  • In the setup phase, your accounting team teaches you QuickBooks® basics and helps connect your bank(s) and establish our standard chart of accounts
  • In the on-going bookkeeping phase, the team regularly categorizes transactions and reconciles accounts (up to 3 bank accounts and credit cards and up to 100 total transactions per month) to keep your information accurate and up to date
  • Month-end At the end of each month, your bookkeeping team will close your books and will confirm accuracy by preparing a trial balance. You will receive financial reports including your income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements
  • We do offer accrual accounting which may increase your monthly fee.
  • We can use our QuickBooks, your existing QuickBooks subscription or set one up for an addional charge

Gold Service

Includes all of the benefits of our Basic and Premium bookkeeping and accounting Services, plus a customized plan of optional services such as:

Our Premium Service includes everything in our Basic Bookkeeping Service plus it includes:
  • A Customizable chart of accounts
  • Up to 6 hours of additional of bookkeeping services per month of:
  • Sending Invoices
  • Paying Bills
  • Management of Inventory
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Monthly Client Phone Review
  • Expedited Books Delivery (Up to 300 transactions/month)
  • 1 Hour per month, Controller Advisory Services for better business decisions
